Accessibility statement

We want this website to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation or magnification.

What we have done

The site is built with semantic HTML5 landmarks, one H1 per page and a logical heading order. All interactive elements are keyboard operable with visible focus states. Text and background colours meet WCAG 2.2 AA contrast ratios. Animations are subtle and disabled entirely when your system requests reduced motion. There is a skip-to-content link on every page, and the layout reflows to a single column without horizontal scrolling down to 320px wide.

Known limitations

PDF certificates issued through the client portal come from multiple test instruments and may vary in their tagging. If you need any document in an accessible format, ask and we will provide it.
