Most buildings accumulate suppliers: an alarm company, a lighting contractor, an extinguisher firm, a CCTV installer who has since vanished, a locksmith who fitted the maglocks. Six schedules, six invoices, and an interface between fire and access control that nobody owns.
The combined contract puts all of it under one agreement. Visits are grouped so the fire alarm service and the security checks happen together, the BS 7273-4 door release is tested every time, and everything lands in one portal record your insurer, freeholder or fire officer can see on request.
It is also simply cheaper: one engineer already on site does more in a visit than three suppliers doing one system each.

Priced per premises after a free survey. Existing fire clients can add security at renewal or mid-term.
We already have a fire contract with you. How do we add security?
At renewal or mid-term, the security systems are surveyed, priced and folded into the same agreement.
Your renewal date does not change and the certificate pack simply grows to cover the new systems.
Can you take over systems other companies installed?
Yes. Fire panels, cameras, entry systems and access control are baselined on a first survey, in writing.

Is intruder alarm monitoring included?
No. Police-response monitored intruder alarms need NSI or SSAIB certification, which we do not hold, and we will not pretend otherwise.
Detector-activated CCTV monitoring to BS 8418 is available where remote response is needed, and we can work alongside your existing intruder alarm provider.

What does a combined fire and security contract include?
Fire alarm servicing, emergency lighting testing, extinguisher servicing and the security systems you hold, on one schedule with one renewal date. Reactive callout is included at contract rates, and every visit produces a certificate that lands in your client portal the same day.
Is one contract cheaper than separate fire and security contracts?
Usually, because visits combine. The bigger saving is administrative: one renewal, one point of contact, one certificate pack for your insurer, and no argument about whose responsibility the fire interface to the door release is.
Can we add buildings to the contract during the year?
Yes. Premises are added on the same terms at a pro-rata price for the remainder of the term, so a portfolio can grow without renegotiating everything. The new site appears in the portal with its own schedule and certificates.
What happens at the end of the contract term?
We tell you what is due, what changed and what it costs before renewal rather than auto-rolling you onto a new term quietly. If you leave, your certificates and service history are yours: we export the full pack rather than holding it hostage.
